Fix an arbitrary sequence of real d*d matrices (A_n), each of norm at most 1 and perturb the entries by independent N(0,epsilon) noise. We consider the gaps between Lyapunov exponents, and show that there are universal lower bounds on the gaps, depending only on the dimension d and the amplitude of the noise.
